*A breadboard end is a narrow piece that is joined to the end of the table top. The purpose is to support and maintain the rigidity of the table top, while allowing the table top to shrink or expand across the grain. Breadboards are not always flush with the sides of the table.

*Both finish options we choose to use are water-based polyurethane , for durability , lower odors and less harmful chemicals than oil based sealants. Tables can be cleaned with soap and water or a non abrasive cleaning solution.
